Enlightened Beginnings
Join Taylor, RN, BSN, ICCE from Blissful Birthing and Abbey, RN, BSN, IBCLC from Mal’s Milky Way for a comprehensive pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding preparation course. This course will give you all the information you need to feel empowered about your decision making.
Upcoming course will take place on Tuesdays at 5p-7p starting May 6th-27th.
Investment: $300
This course will take place over a 4 week period. Classes are 2 hours long.
We recommend taking this course towards the end of the 1st Trimester or the beginning of the 2nd trimester.

Birthing with Confidence
For the mamas who want to be informed and confident going into childbirth!
This class will focus on the basics of childbirth. We will discuss the physiologic birth process, how to limit interventions, pain relief options, breathing techniques, labor and pushing positions, non-medicated coping strategies, common medical interventions, and more!

Newborn Academy
Do you ever wish that they sent you home with an instruction manual on how to take care of your new baby?That's where I come in to help! Join me as I teach you all about the basics of newborn care!
This course will cover feeding, diapering, soothing, bathing, clothing, sleep habits, and illness.
By the end of class, you will be leaving with confidence about caring for your newborn baby!

Big Sibling in Training
This class will cover age-appropriate descriptions about pregnancy and the birthing process, building confidence and understanding in what it means to be a big sibling, and safety behaviors around the baby. Children will practice swaddling, diapering, feeding, dressing and holding baby dolls. We will also discuss understanding mixed feelings, regressive behaviors, or communication difficulties that are common and normal when becoming a big sibling.
We will end the class with a fun craft your child can make to give to baby when they come home!

C-Section Prep Course
This C-Section preparation class is geared specifically towards those with a scheduled cesarean section that do not plan to trial labor.
This course will cover what to bring to the hospital, pre-op, procedure overview, what to expect in the operating room, post-op recovery, your baby after a c-section, and long term recovery.

Birth Partner Boot Camp
This course is a complete guide to childbirth for partners or support people!
You will learn about the last weeks of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, strategies for challenges during labor, tests, interventions, and procedures, complications in labor and delivery, medications for pain, vaginal and C-section birth, postpartum, and an intro to feeding your baby

VBAC Prep Course
This VBAC preparation class is geared specifically towards those planning for a vaginal birth after previously having a c-section.
This course will cover VBAC risks and benefits, optimal fetal positioning, stages and phases of labor, labor progression, labor positions, labor coping skills, medications available during labor, how providers manage VBACs, warning signs of uterine rupture, preventing unnecessary repeat c-section, and how you can advocate for yourself.
