I am a certified Birth Educator through the International Childbirth Education Association. ICEA’s mission is to educate, certify, and create a community of professionals working to increase global access to safe, culturally respectful family-centered perinatal care.

Content for the classes is also derived from multiple readings. These books include, but are not limited to HypnoBirthing by Marie F. Mongan M.Ed. I am a Registered Nurse with my BSN. My experience comes from Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum. I also dabbled in Lactation Consulting. I like to incorporate my own experiences into my teachings as well as evidence based research.
